Monday Massacre

We were scheduled to see Brian Jonestown Massacre last night at the 9:30 Club. We didn't go. With Jimbromski out of town, and the NCAA championship available in HD, Rock Club succumbed to the path of least resistance, and rock lost another battle to sports.

The mellow sounds of BJM could not compete with chips and salsa, cookies, scotch and basketball. Hearing that Joel was back in the BJM fold was hugely disappointing today. He is worth the price of admission alone.

Instead, we settled for the Michigan State massacre (1st half anyway). Just when the people of Michigan thought they had something good coming their way. Face.
