Where did that title come from? I know it's a reference to something, I just don't know what.

That's from her big song, "Rehab". As in, they tried to make me go to rehab, etc etc. Good song altho I'm unclear as to how she keeps from lisping while singing.

Also, "Big Book of British Smiles" is from the Simpsons, the episode where Lisa needs braces, and Homer leads the strike at the nuclear power plant.

The Simpsons reference was obvious. I've never heard her Rehab song, since I don't listen to shit.

Also, the "Amy Winehouse" part of it was in reference to the woman's name, the "name" being a two-word combination assigned to people so that other people can tell them apart from one another. Jesus, any other questions?
